O'Carrollyns has a great facility for small conferences, meetings, functions, weddings and so on, comically known as "The Tall Story" Meeting Room. The uses are endless. Being 9 x 6 metres with a vaulted roof and its own amenities it sits up to 30 people very comfortably.

The Conference/Party Room is located adjacent to Frog Hollow Billabong (which has Galahs
Bridge over it) and joined to the Bait Shed BBQ.

Cockatoo Point stands in the middle of the billabong (off the bridge) and is the perfect place from which to make announcements, and also the place where someone stands to get married.
All of the guests can stand around the billabong with good views of the happenings.

The combination of the ‘Tall Story’ Meeting Room and the ‘Bait Shed BBQ’ creates an under cover area of 20 x 6 metres plus verandahs. This makes the area very suitable for an evening party after the hard days work. The enclosed opens up to the outside for free flowing fun and games.
