and coastal areas include Anna Bay, Fingal Bay, Lemon Tree
Passage, Mallabula, Nelson Bay,
Salamander Bay, Salt Ash, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point, Stockton
Beach and Tanilba Bay.

Inland you can visit Raymond
Terrace, Morpeth and explore the Lower Hunter
Valley, where you will find some pretty laid back villages and
of course a number of wineries.
As well as the marvellous
views and a host of wildlife around Port Stephens there are also
plenty of activities to keep you occupied.

You can go tobogganing,
ride camels or 4 wheel drive over the sand dunes, go horse
riding, try snorkelling around Broughton Island, visit the
national parks, see the koalas and plentiful resident dolphins,
experience the beautiful Stockton Bight Sand Dunes and much,
much more.

There are a number
of fishing charters around Port Stephens that take you dolphin
and whale watching, deep sea fishing, and to the various places
and islands around the port. You can also hire a boat to explore
the port and surrounding lakes and perhaps do some fishing
off the rocks and wharfs.

of restaurants in Port Stephens offering a wide selection
of cuisine's. You can't visit Port Stephens without trying
some of the local speciality - fresh seafood. Treat yourself
one evening and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over a wonderful
