AT O'CARROLLYNS

O'Carrollyns is very suitable for a "not so formal" wedding or gathering of friends. All cabins are dotted around the perimeter of the property looking into the centre where there is the Frog Hollow Billabong with a huge covered BBQ area and adjoining conference room along side.

The bridge over Frog Hollow leading to the BBQ from the north has a gazebo attached which is the centre or show piece of the centre grounds. This brilliant, but simple structure is perfect for a ceremony. |
DISTINCT ADVANTAGES

There are no outside influences on celebrations that you
often get at clubs etc due to another function adjacent or
other clientele on the premises. |

No one needs to drive home afterwards or catch a taxi. |

It is a weekend party with your friends and family rather than
a 4 or so hour celebration. |

You can either run the whole show or O'Carrollyns can do it
for you all the way down to the photographer, celebrant,
flowers, catering and entertainment. |
HOW IT WORKS

Either you or your guests book all the cabins over a
weekend (long weekends and school holidays are excluded). This
way, the venue and accommodation is entirely yours. |

The centre of the property (meeting room and BBQ) has a cleaning and maintenance fee the same rate as a cabin. |
 |
You and your guests then use the property to suit your
needs. |
 |
Decorating to suit your requirements is OK after running
your thoughts past management (no sticky tape or tacks
etc). |
 |
Catering is sourced externally and there are quite a few to
choose from locally or from out of town. It just depends on
your budget. On the other hand, O'Carrollyns Chef Josh
and Joh can look after all of your needs. |
 |
Additional accommodation is booked by O'Carrollyns on
your guests behalf so that staff know who is supposed to be
on the property and who is not – otherwise additional
entrance fee's are applicable, |
The ceremony could be either on Twilight Bridge at O'Carrollyns, over at the beach at One Mile, on the point at Boat Harbour or even in the sand dunes with the reception back here. |

Tables and chairs can be moved around the property to suit your desired layout. BBQ's can be removed from the area to make way for other arrangements. Marquees are easily obtained by O'Carrollyns for additional under cover areas.

O'Carrollyns is suitable for up to 120 guests. You also have the benefit of another two accommodation establishments, either next door or across the road.
